Interfaith Witness & Nonviolent Action

Nonviolent Civil Disobedience

03/07/2008 - 4:00pm
03/07/2008 - 5:00pm

A number of us will be led by conscience to pray (or meditate) and remain in prayer near the Capitol steps or another location in coordination with Congressional meetings without delegation. We will do this to faithfully dramatize the moral urgency of ending the war once and for all. By remaining in place in continuous prayer for peace, we will quite likely be placed under arrest.
