Description: Many of us know of the number of the nearly four thousand U.S. soldiers who have lost their lives in Iraq, and the tens of thousands more who have returned to the U.S. wounded. Most of us are vaguely aware that hundreds of thousands of Iraqi’s have lost their lives in the conflict. Few of us can fathom that nearly four million Iraqi’s have been uprooted and displaced by the violence. Come and learn more from the direct experience of the American Friends Service Committee.
